Doubled distilled and then rested in California red-wine barrels for 18 months.
Our process develops a unique vanilla, caramel, nutmeg and chocolate notes.
Nose: Lovely notes of vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, and coffee with slight hints of dry fruit and figs.
Palate: Well-rounded with a soft mouth feel and notes of chocolate, coffee, cooked fruit. Medium to long finish with a lovely after taste of toffee and cinnamon.
