March Spotlight – Celestial Beerworks

Fun with Craft Beer

The lollidrop crew paid a visit to the Celestial Beerwork brewery at 2530 Butler St in Dallas

Everything about this brewery is fun, from the vibe in the tasting room to the general mood of all who work there. Everyone seems to have one purpose: to make really good and creative beers while making you feel like you are a part of the process. The brewery is a very low-key, unassuming room with outdoor seating for “good weather” days. The bright pastel colors of the brewery coincide with the colors of the many varieties of canned beers. We had a few samples of Celestial’s beers, and they are as fun and refreshing as the inviting ambiance of the brewery itself. The Pina Colada Tropic was a highlight. It is a refreshing wheat beer with hints of coconut and pineapple…perfect for a cool spring day or a hot summer pool party. Newton’s Third Lager is a helles that is a smooth easy-to-drink lager. One of the more popular beers in their offering is the Electromagnetism Hazy IPA. It is a mild IPA that is easy to drink. The Two Truths and a Lie is another New England hazy IPA with a little more bite than the Electromagnetism. If you are a connoisseur of IPAs, this is your jam for sure. Overall, we loved the Celestial Beerworks experience and can’t recommend the brewery enough. If you stop by the brewery you can sample some beers and get some cans to go. If you do not have time to make it over, you can have them delivered for free by lollidrop!! View Celestial Beer Selections from lollidrop
