Can I get Alcohol Delivered to me?
That’s what we are here for! Delivery is available in these delivery areas. You must be 21+ and have a valid form of ID at time of delivery. That’s really all you need to get your favorite drinks delivered to you.
How long does an average delivery take?
While we aim to deliver every order within 30 minutes, some deliveries may take up to 60 minutes. As there are many variables involved (traffic, peak hours, incorrect delivery information, ice and global pandemics) we can’t always promise a 30 minute delivery but we promise our drivers will work very hard to get it to you ASAP.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your driver picks up you order from one of our lollidrop Hubs.
Do you offer contactless alcohol delivery?
Yes, all of our deliveries are contactless. The driver will place your delivery at your door and ask you to hold up your ID so that he/she can verify your age.
What are your hours?
Sunday – Due to local laws we are unable to sell and deliver on Sundays
How does it work?
Well, think of us as the fedex for alcohol delivery. Shop our selection of beer, wine, liquor and hard seltzers online. Place your order and within 60 minutes one of our awesome drivers will show up at your door with your tequila, beer, champagne and ice.
Where do we deliver?
Currently we provide alcohol delivery in Dallas, Texas (specifically inside the 635 loop): Downtown, UpTown, East Dallas, Lake Highlands, Irving, Las Colinas, Oak Cliff, Oak Lawn, and University Park. We are expanding quickly and we’ll be covering more of the Metroplex as soon as possible! Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on new areas we’re servicing. We promise that we are working hard to get alcohol delivered to all of North Texas. Plano and Flower Mound alcohol delivery is coming soon!
Can I request stuff that’s not on your website?
Yes, please do! We want to know what you’re craving. And of course, we are an alcohol delivery service so you can buy alcohol on our site, but we also want suggestions on mixers or anything else you usually need for your drinking pleasure. Please send your suggestions here.

What if the wrong item is delivered/missing?
Please contact lollidrop at the info provided above and we will investigate the issue and correct the mistake the same day.
What if I am not home when my order is delivered?
A person 21+ must be available to physically accept the order and present their ID for age verification. If we are unable to reach you during delivery, your order will be considered undeliverable. We will contact you to schedule another delivery time. Please note that if we need to re-deliver an order, a delivery fee of $4.99 will be applied. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on order cancellation.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order by contacting us by phone, email or live chat on our website as long as the order has not left our store. Please note that a $7.99 restocking fee will be assessed. We will refund you your total amount paid minus $7.99 in case of a cancellation. You can read more about our refund policy.
How long will a driver wait upon delivery?
Our drivers will wait up to five (5) minutes upon delivery for the recipient to receive the order and provide proper identification. If the recipient is not available within 5 minutes, our driver will depart and another delivery will be scheduled. Each subsequent delivery is subject to a $4.99 delivery fee. If the customer wishes to cancel the order at this time, a $7.99 restocking fee will apply.
